The main challenge of this project was intergrate a new residential builgins into the existing settlemetn tissue of Adamas in Milos.
The main architectural features of this project are the Cycladic cubism, the visions towards south and north, the effect of rough plaster and the austerity of the surrounding spaces – built and natural. Modern straight lines are used, a feature that combines the traditional architectural idiom of Cyclades.
It’s more about a building that tries to fill the urban gap of the settlement, doesn’t intend to stand out of the neighborhood and respects the residential character of the settlement.
